Organizations unite to support mental health awareness at Stomp Out Stigma Walk
The athletic track at Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) on a cloudy Saturday, June 3, served as an appropriate setting for collaborations aimed at helping community members while removing labels and stigmas associated with mental health issues and disorders. At RVCC, the two-year institution of higher learning shared by Hunterdon and Somerset counties – several community service organizations got together for the 2023 Stomp Out Stigma Walk, with Rotary’s newest New Jersey club, the Rotary Club of Mental Health Advocates, as the lead event sponsor
