Purpose:  

To build awareness helping students understand their relationship with their digital devices, and how to disconnect and fill their time with more enriching activities.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Be a student in Berkeley Heights or New Providence 
  • Complete the "Disconnect to Reconnect" Challenge including the Google form
  • Have a parent verify you completed it

Timing:

Submissions due on  April 15, 2026 midnight.

Decisions to be made by April 22.   

Read the 7 Day Challenge. Submit your plan & complete the required form(s) daily as you complete it.  You will be able to come back and edit your entry until  you submit and only before the deadline on 3/15/26 Midnight. Save the link and use the same email address you logged in originally to come back and edit.  It is recommeded to use a google account if you have one.
